Built the analytics foundation, diagnosed the migration and the checkout leak, owned promotion economics, paid social, segmentation and catalog operations for a seven-figure Shopify DTC store.
Senior Product Manager
Promoted to lead product for the AI roadmap alongside the ecommerce lifecycle: pairing quality and adoption, operating measures, recommendation and customer-summary specifications, and click-through prototypes built in code.
Founding Product Manager
Reported to the CEO. Strategy, roadmap and OKRs for the ecommerce customer lifecycle. Rebuilt the homepage around four first-visit doubts, with one metric per section.
Product Manager
Cardiology SaaS and hardware for clinics, in partnership with Louisiana's largest not-for-profit health system. Roadmap and MVP requirements for a patient platform and a speech-to-text documentation workflow for clinicians.
Founding Engineer
Built the platform infrastructure and redesigned the nutrition search algorithm, working daily with nurses, nutritionists and customer service. Where the engineering habit started.
